Venue Subscription Agreement

Khelgaah charges venues through a two-part model: a one-time onboarding fee plus a recurring subscription. Khelgaah does not charge any per-booking commission. Player payments are made directly to you online or in cash — Khelgaah is not in that payment flow and receives nothing from individual bookings.

A one-time onboarding fee is payable before your venue goes live and is non-refundable. The fee depends on your venue tier (A+, A, or B) as assigned by Khelgaah during KYC review. It covers setup, KYC verification, dashboard configuration, staff training, and go-live support.

• Your subscription tier (A+, A, or B) is assigned by Khelgaah based on venue size and is charged at the rate set by Khelgaah for that tier.
• You choose a billing cycle at onboarding: Monthly or Annual. The Annual plan is offered at a discounted rate compared with twelve monthly payments.
• The subscription covers your entire venue regardless of booking volume, number of courts, or payment method (online or cash). There is no cap on bookings and no per-transaction charge.
• Subscription payments are made via JazzCash, Easypaisa, IBFT, or bank transfer.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle using your stored payment method. We send a renewal reminder before your renewal date. It is your responsibility to keep a valid payment method on file and ensure sufficient funds are available.

If a renewal payment fails or is not made by the renewal date, a 7-day grace period begins. During this period your venue remains active and you receive reminders. If payment is not received by the end of the grace period, your venue is automatically paused: it is hidden from players, no new bookings are accepted, and your dashboard remains accessible with a prompt to renew. Existing confirmed bookings are always honoured during a pause.

Once you pay the outstanding amount, your venue is un-paused and restored to the listings immediately, and your next billing date is reset.

Separately from a subscription lapse, you may voluntarily and temporarily pause new bookings (for maintenance, events, or other reasons) at any time from your portal. This does not affect your subscription billing.

Player booking payments flow directly to your registered payment account or are collected by you in cash. You are responsible for honouring refunds in accordance with the Cancellation and Refund Policy and your own stated cancellation terms. Khelgaah absorbs the payment-processing fee on eligible refunds but does not fund the refund amounts themselves, as it never held the funds.

• Provide accurate KYC documents (CNIC, NTN) and business information.
• Keep operating hours, court details, pricing, and availability current.
• Respond to booking requests within the approval window and honour confirmed bookings.
• Comply with applicable laws and maintain the facilities you advertise.

A subscription invoice is generated for each billing cycle, emailed to you, and available for download in your Venue Portal for your accounting records.

Khelgaah may revise onboarding fees, subscription rates, or tier definitions. We will give reasonable notice of changes affecting your recurring subscription, and revised rates will apply from your next billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no partial refunds are given for unused time. Khelgaah may suspend or terminate your account for breach of this Agreement, the Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. The onboarding fee is non-refundable in all cases.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
