Terms of Service

Khelgaah is a marketplace that connects players with sports venues for slot bookings. We facilitate venue discovery, availability, bookings, and cancellations. We are a facilitator only — we are not a party to the rental of any venue and we are not in the player payment flow. Payments for bookings are made directly to the venue online.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to make bookings.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Venue owners and staff must complete identity verification (KYC) before going live, and accounts are activated only after Super Admin approval.

Slot holds. When you select a slot, it is held for you for up to 30 minutes to complete the booking. If you do not complete the booking within this window, the hold expires and the slot is released.

Venue approval. Bookings require the venue to manually approve within the booking window. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation code (format KG-YYYY-XXXX).

Availability. Slots are bookable only within a venue’s operating hours and only for the current month. Slots outside open hours, on venue closure dates, or in the past are not bookable.

Multi-court venues. Where a venue has multiple courts, availability is tracked per court and you book a specific court.

Direct to venue. All booking payments are made directly to the venue online (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or IBFT) or in cash at the venue where the venue offers a cash option. Khelgaah does not receive, hold, or process booking funds.

Cash bookings. Where cash is supported, your slot is reserved on approval and you pay the venue on arrival.

Pricing. Slot prices, including any peak or off-peak rates, are set by the venue and shown before you confirm. Promo discounts, where valid, are applied at checkout.

Early cancellation. If you cancel before the venue’s cancellation window (by default, more than one hour before the slot), the cancellation is auto-approved. Online payments receive a full refund and the slot is released.

Late cancellation. If you cancel within the venue’s cancellation window (by default, one hour or less before the slot), your request is sent to the venue for approval. If approved, you receive a partial refund according to the venue’s policy (default 50%). If the venue declines, the booking stands and you must attend or forfeit payment.

Venue rejection or cancellation. If a venue rejects your booking or cancels a confirmed booking, you receive a full refund and the slot is released.

Cash bookings. Because no money is collected in advance for cash bookings, cancellation simply releases the slot with no financial action.

Processing fees. Where a refund is due, Khelgaah absorbs the payment-processing fee. Refunds are issued to your original payment method online and timing depends on the payment provider and your provider. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy for full details.

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and genuine bookings.
• Do not attempt to circumvent booking, hold, or promo controls, or to make fraudulent or speculative bookings.
• Do not misuse promo codes, including spoofing student email domains to claim student discounts.
• Show up for confirmed bookings on time and present your confirmation code on arrival.
• Treat venue staff and facilities with respect and follow venue rules.

• Maintain accurate operating hours, court configuration, pricing, and availability.
• Review and respond to booking requests within the booking window.
• Honour all confirmed bookings, including bookings confirmed before any subscription pause.
• Handle player payments and refunds in accordance with these Terms and the venue’s stated cancellation policy.
• Maintain a valid Khelgaah subscription; a venue with a lapsed subscription beyond the grace period is paused and cannot accept new bookings.

After a completed booking, you may submit a star rating for the venue. You agree to provide ratings honestly and not to submit fake, abusive, or manipulative ratings. We may remove ratings that violate these Terms.

Promo codes are subject to their stated eligibility, validity periods, and usage limits, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Student promotions require verification via an approved university email domain. Promo codes have no cash value and may not be transferred or resold.

Because Khelgaah is a facilitator and is not a party to the venue rental or the payment, disputes regarding bookings, payments, refunds, or facilities are primarily between the player and the venue. You may raise a dispute through the Platform’s dispute process, and we may, at our discretion, assist in resolving it, but we are not obligated to mediate or to issue refunds ourselves.

We aim to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Venues may become unavailable due to closures, maintenance, or subscription status.

The Khelgaah name, logo, software, and content are owned by Khelgaah or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khelgaah is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including disputes with venues, payment issues handled by the payment provider, venue conduct, facility conditions, or service interruptions. Khelgaah provides the Platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Khelgaah and its team from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your bookings, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or engage in fraudulent or harmful behaviour. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Platform or by email and update the effective date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
